The package covers design, install, mid-season service, takedown and off-season storage in our warehouse. Your garage stays empty.

Built for the way this region winters
A Newmarket roofline in late November is not a forgiving place to be learning how to hang lights. Ice arrives early here, the freeze-thaw cycle works clips loose, and a Lake Simcoe squall can put a foot of snow on a roof overnight.
That is the whole argument for having someone else do it. We measure in the warmth of early fall, cut and prep your strands in the shop, and install on a scheduled day before the roof turns dangerous.
What the process looks like
We start with a free on-site measure, usually twenty minutes. You get a plan showing exactly which lines we light, what product we would use, and a written quote. Nothing is estimated from a satellite photo.
Once you approve it, you pick an install week. Book in summer and you get your choice; book in November and you take what is left, which is an honest reason to call early.
After the holidays, takedown runs from January into April depending on weather. We do not pull clips off an iced roof to hit an arbitrary date. Everything comes back to our warehouse, gets sorted and labelled under your name, and is ready to go up again next year.
Commercial work
We light storefronts, plazas, retirement residences and municipal properties on the same terms, with scheduling worked around your business hours and a written service response time. Ask for commercial references when you get in touch.
