Priced by the house, not the hour
The price follows the size of the house, and the only extras are a detached garage, years of build-up or a blocked downspout.
Cleaned by hand and taken away
We scoop the troughs by hand rather than blowing the debris across your roof and lawn. It goes into bags and leaves the property with us.
Every downspout tested
We run water through each downspout before we pack up. If one is blocked solid, we tell you, and flushing it is an extra we agree with you first rather than a surprise on the invoice.
A second look at the roof edge
Loose hangers, a run that has lost its slope, a downspout pulling off the wall. If we see it, you get a photo and a plain description before it turns into a leak.
Why the fall clean matters most here
Gutters in this region fill twice a year. Spring brings maple keys, blossom and whatever the winter left behind. Late October brings the leaves, and that is the load that does the damage.
A trough packed with wet leaves freezes solid in the first cold snap. After that, meltwater from every mild afternoon has nowhere to go. It backs up under the shingles, runs down behind the fascia, or spills over the front and refreezes on the walk below. A clean after the leaves drop and before the freeze is the cheapest roof maintenance you can buy.
Book it with your lights
If we are hanging holiday lighting on your house this year, ask for a gutter clean on the same quote. Our clips sit on the gutter lip, so we would rather they go onto a clean run, and we can usually do both in one late-October or November visit.
Waterfront and wooded lots
Properties in Keswick, Sutton and along the Holland River tend to have more trees and more wind, which means fuller gutters and more of them blown into the corners. If your lot is heavily treed, mention it in your quote request so we can tell you up front whether the heavy-debris extra is likely.
