Installed and struck on schedule
We work to your run sheet. In on the agreed morning, out when the last guest has gone or first thing the next day, and the lawn looks untouched.
Tent, marquee and open-air
Canopy lighting, perimeter bistro, dance-floor wash and pathway lighting, rigged to the structure properly rather than hung off whatever is nearby.
Lakeside ceremonies
Shoreline venues on Lake Simcoe come with wind, damp and no convenient power. We plan for all three, including silent battery and generator options.
Power sorted in advance
We do a load plan before the day. Nobody discovers at eight o'clock that the marquee and the caterer are on the same circuit.
The part that actually matters
Event lighting is judged on one thing: whether it is working, correctly, at the moment the room fills. Everything else is preparation in service of that.
So we over-prepare. We visit the site, we plan the power, we bring spares, and we leave someone reachable on the night. It is not a glamorous pitch, but on a wedding day it is the only one that counts.

Lakeside weddings
A ceremony on the Georgina shoreline at golden hour needs almost nothing. The same spot ninety minutes later needs a genuine plan: guests walking uneven ground in the dark, wind off the water, damp in everything, and often no power within a hundred metres.
That gap between how a site looks at the site visit and how it behaves at eleven at night is where most event lighting goes wrong. We scout at the hour your event actually happens.
